192.168.11.1 Login
Buffalo printed 192.168.11.1 so its AirStation routers would not sit on the same address as everyone else’s 192.168.1.1. The username is the surprise: many models expect root, not admin.
Open http://192.168.11.1. Try username root with a blank password, then admin with the password password. Use the label if either pair fails once.
This link only works when your phone or computer is connected to that router. A website on the public internet cannot log in for you.

The default SSID often includes Buffalo. Ethernet into a LAN port also works.

These are common factory values published for first-time setup of equipment you own. An ISP, installer, or previous owner may have changed them. After you get in, set your own admin password.
root is the username, not a hint
Type the four letters r-o-o-t. Leaving the username as admin and only clearing the password will not match the firmware that expects root.

admin / admin fails immediately
That pair is TP-Link and ASUS, not Buffalo. Switch to root with an empty password field.
The interface is in Japanese
Look for the language menu, often a globe or the word English, before you change settings. The password fields are still the ones in the table.
A second Buffalo is extending the network
Repeaters may not host this admin address. Log in on the main AirStation, the one with the WAN cable.
