192.168.10.1 is not a universal Wi-Fi default. It shows up on some fiber terminals and on network recorders that borrowed a quiet subnet. The login only makes sense after you know which box answered.
Open http://192.168.10.1 only if your gateway or the device label says so. Match the page title to the hardware before you type a password.
This link only works when your phone or computer is connected to that router. A website on the public internet cannot log in for you.

If this address is a camera system, administer it from a computer on the same LAN. The Wi-Fi password for phones is still on the router, which may be 192.168.1.1.

These are common factory values published for first-time setup of equipment you own. An ISP, installer, or previous owner may have changed them. After you get in, set your own admin password.
Separate the camera LAN from the family Wi-Fi
Installers sometimes leave the recorder at 192.168.10.1 and the router at 192.168.1.1, with a cable between them. Changing the recorder’s address without updating the cameras knocks the video offline. Change Wi-Fi only on the router.

Older recorder web pages need an old browser plugin and will not run in current Chrome. Use the vendor’s desktop software, or try the page in a browser the manual names. Do not install a plugin from a search ad.
Wi-Fi settings are missing
This device is not the wireless router. Find the gateway on a phone joined to the Wi-Fi you actually use.
The installer password is not yours
telecomadmin and similar accounts belong to the provider. Using them on a carrier terminal can break the broadband login. Use the customer account on the card.
